Rockitlam sheets come in all kinds of colors and finishes, see swatches for the current available colors. Zebrawood and Rust patterns will vary from sheet to sheet (see example images).
Weights differ due to varying thicknesses and materials: Mirror: 1 lb 5 oz, Bubble Wrap: 1 lb 1 oz, Plain Colors/Patterns: 15.9 oz
It is durable, scratch-resistant, waterproof and Drop-Deck friendly!
Saves time! Lay it up along with your maple layers during the same pressing. RockitLam makes for a quick and easy way to put a finish on your board without having to do your own custom graphics. No sanding or finishing necessary!
Mirror is a plastic laminate clad with a highly polished mirror finish aluminum sheet. This sheet is much more rigid and not Drop-Deck friendly.
Bubble Wrap is a plastic laminate clad with a brushed aluminum sheet. This sheet is somewhat rigid and Drop-Deck friendly up to a 1/2" drop.
Please note - THESE SHEETS ARE NOT SOLD SEPARATELY these are only available when ordered along with other 12x47" maple veneer sets - we cannot ship these as single sheets. If you order these without other maple veneer, we will refund your order back to you.

Use Titebond III only (not contact cement).
Glue up a RockitLam sheet along with your wood veneers and press in the TAP bag for a tight lamination.
Pad the four corners of the sheet with strips of masking tape before pressing to prevent the sharp corners from puncturing the TAP bag.
This material is tough durable stuff, no maintenance required.
Q: What is RockitLam?
A: It is a plastic or metal-clad laminate.
Q: Why not get this at a builders’ supply?
A: You can, however Roarockit has sourced a thinner stock that is suitable for bending over radical shapes of a skateboard.
Q: Can I paint it?
A: Yes but most paints will slide right off. What works best is to first prime the painted areas with a blocking paint like Kilz® (spray or liquid).
Q: How much does it weigh?
